Basement Inspiration

I am really digging this basement inspiration from RemodelingCenter.com. While I appreciate basements used for additional living space, it's not practical for me given most of the homes we are looking at have first floor living rooms and family rooms. I think this is a smart use of space and also looks really sharp. I think this would be a great place to start my morning - a little laundry, work out and catch up with my friends at the Today Show.
