When it comes to my design experience to date, I would characterize it as spinning straw into gold. I have lived in plain rental houses with goodwill or hand-me-down furniture. We are now under contract on an amazing house. We were initially looking for something that was nice, but we would fix up. Not like a real fixer-upper, but just something plain that we could make great. We got lucky and found the perfect house that is already great. So I am nervous that I will be spinning gold back into straw. I am just not sure I can live up to what the current home owner has done with it. Wish Me Luck!
